Title: An Experimental study on Efficacy of Homoeopathic Medicine Nux Vomica 30C and 200C in the treatment of Acetaminophen induced Liver Toxicity in Mice Model
Authors: Prabha, D
Abstract: Drug induced liver injury is the second most common cause of acute liver failure. The present study was focused on treating acute liver injury induced by Acetaminophen toxicity in Albino mice. Homoeopathic medicine Nux vomica in two different potencies 30CH and 200CH has been utilised to prove its efficacy in treating Acetaminophen induced liver injury. Biochemical and histopathological studies were taken into
consideration for validating the changes.
Description: The result of this study revealed that the Homoeopathic medicine Nux vomica 30C and 200C showed very good improvement in treating Paracetamol induced liver injury. The levels of liver enzymes were compared for analysing the treatment result.

Title: Efficacy of Hydrocotyle, Hydrastis, Petroleum and psorinum in 30CH in Imiquimod – Induced Psoriasis in Swiss Albino Mice
Authors: Safana.H.Juhi; Ajayan, T
Abstract: A group of 30 swiss albino mice were induced with psoriasiform dermatitis by inducing imiquimod cream intradermally, then group 1 served as a control group, group 2 received methotrexate 2.5mg/kg for 3 consecutive days in a week likewise for 4 weeks and group 3 received 10drops of freshly prepared Hydrocotyle 30 for 3 consecutive days in a week likewise for 4 weeks and group 4 received 10drops of freshly prepared Hydrastis 30 for 3 consecutive days in a week likewise for 4 weeks and group 5 received 10drops of freshly prepared Petroleum 30 for 3 consecutive days in a week likewise for 4 weeks and group 6 received 10drops of freshly prepared Psorinum 30 for 3 consecutive days in a week likewise for 4 weeks. Psoriasis area severity index score was measured before after the intervention. Blood parameters and immunohistochemistry were analysed after the administration of drug. Psorinum, Petroleum, Hydrastis, Hydrocotyle, 30 is found to be effective in controlling psoriasiform dermatitis when compared with methotrexate with respect to the mentioned parameter. The study is statistically significant with a p value < 0.5

An Experimental study on Efficacy of Fucus Vesiculosus 6X in diet-induced obesity in wister Albino Model

Title: An Experimental study on Efficacy of Fucus Vesiculosus 6X in diet-induced obesity in wister Albino Model
Authors: Bhuvaneshwari, R; Sugathan, N.V
Abstract: In several experimental studies, it was discovered that the medicine Fucus vesiculosus is used in homoeopathy to treat obesity. Treatment with Fucus vesiculosus prevented from gaining weight, and the physical and biochemical parameters were kept within normal ranges. In the current era of evidence-based research, I want to demonstrate how Fucus
vesiculosus 6X reduces obesity in Wistar albino rats that have developed it as a result of a diet.
Description: Fucus vesiculosus 6X is more effective in treating obesity in diet-induced obesity in Wister albino rats.

An experimental study on assessing the immune modulatory effect of Arsenicum Album 30C and 200 C in Healthy Swiss Albino mice.

Title: An experimental study on assessing the immune modulatory effect of Arsenicum Album 30C and 200 C in Healthy Swiss Albino mice.
Authors: Pius, Pebble; Ajayan, T
Abstract: From the previous experimental studies done in arsenic trioxide intoxicated rats, and chronic arsenic poisoning in humans Arsenicum album was found to be having action in the hematological parameters[7,8,9]. The immunomodulatory action of potentized medicines in homeopathy is not well proved experimentally with proper investigatory proofs. The present study is to identify and verify whether homeopathic medicine Arsenicum album 30c and 200c generate a recognizable immunomodulatory action in the total WBC count, DLC and CD4+ T cell count of mice.
Description: It was found that Arsenicum album 30C and 200C has the immunomodulatory action on healthy Swiss albino mice and Arsenicum album 200C is having significantly higher immunomodulatory action compared to Arsenicum album 30C.
