A clinical case series study to evaluate the scope of Homoeopathy in improving Head Holding in children with global developmental delay. Collection home page

Developmental delay exists when a child does not reach developmental milestones at the expected age.(3) Development delays may occur in any or all of the major areas of child development gross motor, fine motor, language and social. Identification of developmental delay is useful for introducing early intervention program with the objective of reducing childhood disability. By doing developmental assessment, we can only opine on present status in relative to age and average performance of other children of same age. We cannot accurately predict future intelligence, delayed maturation effects and long term effects of emotional deprivation.(4).
