Abstract

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is an inflammatory, progressive lung disease which is not completely reversible, and it includes chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Major symptoms are cough, expectoration, difficulty in breathing which are due to obstruction to air flow Untreated COPD can lead to rapid progression of the disease, and worsening of respiratory infections, cor pulmonale, respiratory failure. The aim and objectives of the study is to improve the airflow obstruction by improving FEV1 by giving homoeopathic constitutional medicines and prevent the progression of the disease.
