| Abstract: | Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases like heart disease and cancer and promote your overall health.Balanced diet:A balanced diet is nothing superficial; it is not referred to the exact measure of each nutrient that you need to take. A balanced diet is an assortment of a variety of edibles from the food kingdom and all in moderation. And, by variety we mean in colour and nutrition levels. The Composition of a Balanced Diet is Protein, Fruits and Vegetables, Dairy, Carbohydrates, Sugary and Fatty Foods. |
