Abstract: A delusion is a false belief. Schizophrenia is one such mental illness where the patient may suffer from mania, delusion etc. The BABS scale has been developed to rate the degrees of conviction and insight patients have concerning their beliefs.Homoeopathy is the system which believes that mind and body are intertwined. It treats the patients as a whole without causing harm to the patient. This study was done to determine the scope of the homoeopathy in managing mental disease. The study prioritizes about the management of delusions in schizophrenia patients.
