Abstract: Thyroid disorders and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) are two prominent abnormalities among women. Even though the etiology is uncertain, these illnesses appear to be linked. The connection between hypothyroidism and PCOS is still not exactly established. They are distinguished by clinical manifestations and symptoms that overlap, as well as reproductive and metabolic characteristics. Both disorders have been linked to a decline in infertility as well as a rise in insulin and cholesterol levels. A significant frequency of hypothyroidism and autoimmune thyroid disease is reported in PCOS women. PCOS and thypothyroidism, on the other hand, have negative effects on lipid profiles and can lead to metabolic syndromes and cardiovascular issues. The lipid profile variance in hypothyroidism and PCOS is still a point of contention and the treatment duration could be extended. The goal of this study is to examine lipid profile variance in hypothyroidism with PCOS patients and to demonstrate the efficacy of homeopathy in lipid profile, hypothyroidism, and PCOS by utilizing the Homoeopathic medical repertory.
