Abstract: Allergic rhinitis is an IgE mediated immunologic response of the nasal mucosa to airborne allergens and is characterized by watery nasal discharge, nasal obstruction, sneezing and itching in the nose. The World Health Organization has estimated that 400 million people in the world suffer from Allergic rhinitis. Based on constitutional symptoms of the patient selecting the constitutional medicine to the patient with allergic rhinitis. Our master Dr Samuel Hahnemann explains the ascertainable physical constitution of the patient taken into consideration for the treatment of chronic sickness, as described in aphorism 5. The physical and mental make-up of a person is revealed through his physical build, typical desires, aversions, and reactions, as well as emotional and intellectual characteristics.
