| Abstract: | Asthenopia is one of the common symptom and consequence of eye pathologies and vice versa. Asthenopia has been found to be closely related with defects in accommodation or binocular visual defects and also uncorrected refractive errors especially myopia which is one among the leading cause of blindness worldwide. The aim of this work is to find the effectiveness of Ruta graveolens 6C in the improvement of asthenopia and visual acuity in myopic individuals. |
| Description: | On comparing the pathophysiology of myopia and asthenopia to the pharmaceutical and phytochemistry of Ruta graveolens it is found to be an apt medicine for many eye complaints. |
