Cell-line is a powerful tool used in cellular and molecular biology which provides excellent model systems for studying the effects of drugs on the cells. This technology helps to add up a scientific evidence in proving the action of ultra-diluted potentized homoeopathic medicines. A lot of controversies prevail in the society wherein it is even termed as placebo effect. The proposed study is to analyze the immunemodulatory effect of the homoeopathic medicine, Phosphorous 6 C and 30 C in RAW 264.7cells. It would help to disprove the controversies and misconceptions put by skeptics upon homoeopathy. It will also demonstrate the effect of homoeopathic medicines in molecular level with the aid of advanced molecular technologies.
