Title: Constitutional Treatment for Psoriasis Vulgaris: A case report and Evidence –based Analysis

Abstract: Psoriasis is a common autoimmune skin disease characterized by T cell-mediated hyperproliferation of keratinocytes. It is a chronic proliferative and inflmmatory condition of the skin characterized by well-demarcated, erythematous, raised plaques with silvery scaling. The ICD-10 classifiation is L.40.0. A case of a 43-year-old male patient who presented with a complaint of multiple reddish lesions with thickened and scaling skin on his chest and back. The condition had been ongoing for a duration of 6 months. The patient’s case was analyzed using a repertorial analysis, which is a method in homeopathy that involves matching the patient’s symptoms with the characteristic symptoms of diffrent remedies. Based on this analysis, Carcinosin 200, a homeopathic remedy, was selected as the individualized treatment for the patient. After the dministration of a single dose of Carcinosin 200, the patient showed remarkable progress in his condition. Subsequent follow-up appointments involved prescribing Sac Lac, which refers to a placebo or sugar pill, indicating that no active treatment was administered. The patient’s recovery was complete, and there were no new eruptions observed until the time of writing the abstract
