| Abstract: | India ranks second after China in the global diabetes mellitus. Across the globe,there are an around 150 million people suffering from this disease. 12.1 million are aged >65 years, which is estimated to increase to 27.5 million in the year 2045.Nearly 57% of adults with diabetes are undiagnosed in India, which is approximately 43.9 million. According to WHO about 422 million people worldwide have diabetes, the majority living in low- and middle-income countries. The present study aimed to investigate the efficacy of homoeopathic medicine Gymnema sylvestre 200 in Diabetes mellitus. |
