| Abstract: | Allergic contact dermatitis is an inflammation of the skin which is caused by an agent which injures the skin either directly or indirectly. The main cause of contact dermatitis is exposure to certain allergens which may produce allergic reaction on the skin like cosmetics and chemicals, it depends on sensitization and also occurs only in sensitized individual. Prevalence in children’s and adolescents is 16.5%, in women 27.9% and in men it is 13.2%. |
