| Abstract: | Drug induced liver injury is the second most common cause of acute liver failure. The present study was focused on treating acute liver injury induced by Acetaminophen toxicity in Albino mice. Homoeopathic medicine Nux vomica in two different potencies 30CH and 200CH has been utilised to prove its efficacy in treating Acetaminophen induced liver injury. Biochemical and histopathological studies were taken into consideration for validating the changes. |
| Description: | The result of this study revealed that the Homoeopathic medicine Nux vomica 30C and 200C showed very good improvement in treating Paracetamol induced liver injury. The levels of liver enzymes were compared for analysing the treatment result. |
