Abstract: In aphorism 284 of 6 th edition of organon it is instrtucted to homoeopaths to use different routes to administer homoeopathic medicines.This study is to prove the efficacy of homoeopathic medicines administered through olfactory method in acute febrile condition were 30 cases were divided into two sets,each set containing 15 cases.One set of cases were given medicine by oral route and other set was given medicine through olfaction.
